Welcome to my website, and thank you for your visit. The intention of this site is to offer free conveyancing advice to a wide range of people, from the layman wishing to conduct his own conveyancing or simply gain a better understanding of the process, to the junior conveyancer seeking assistance in learning his trade, through to the experienced practitioner looking for a solution to a difficult problem.
About Me
I have been practicing residential conveyancing for many years, dealing with properties in all parts of England & Wales.
I began as an office junior and have worked for large "conveyancing factories" as well as smaller, more traditional firms.
I decided to create this site because I couldn't find a decent repository of information on the internet already. Conveyancing is an area of the law that almost everyone will come into contact with at some point in their lives and yet, as with other areas of the law, it is a mystery to most.
In addition, although I believe that amongst the many thouands of properties I have dealt with I have come across most things, I am also aware that none of us know everything, particular at a time such as now when conveyancing is rapidly evolving, and it is hoped that this site might also ooperate as a forum for fellow practitioners to share knowledge. to that end, if anyone would like to contribute to a particular topic, or with a topic of your own, I would be delighted to hear from you.
